Helpful Tips

The following list of helpful tips will continue to grow, so please check back periodically:

1. Focus on the Positive!
Thinking about all the foods that you cannot eat will only make it harder. There is a large list of healthy and delicious foods that you can eat... Focus on That List!

2. Plan Ahead!
Without a plan, especially at the beginning, it's hard to eliminate yeast from your diet. It takes a little bit of planning, but it is incredibly easy if you select a few Yeast Free Recipes before you do your grocery shopping for the week.

3. Brush off Your Sweet Tooth!
Yeast thrives on sugar. Eating more sugar will only help out the yeast to continue to grow. Say No To Sugar and let the yeast starve! (bad for them, but good for you!)

4. Stick With It!
After a few days/a week on a yeast-free diet, you may experience some discomfort for a day or two. Don't worry... this is normal, in fact, it is a good sign! If you stick with it, you will feel a lot better than you've felt in a long time!
